1. Live a peaceful life.
2. Eat simple food.
3. Do the exercise and pranayam regularly.
4. Good thoughts.
5. Increase bones density by carrying weight.
6. Recognizes the problems related to the health and remove it.
7.Protect yourself from pollution.
8 Avoid smoking and drinking.
9. Do not eat the street medicines and eating foods.
10. Eat the fruits, salad and vegetables.
11. Use less salt.
12.Do the meditation and attach with the God and nature.
13. Drink the water.
14. Live a tension free life.
15. Sound sleep.
16. Do the self interested job.
17. Do the  Massage the body once a weak.
18. Hear the music.
19. Be happy at any cost.
